FiveFold Intelligence was founded in May 2026 and is 100% self-funded. Pretext is launching first with solo defense attorneys and defense firms across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.

Founder Pricing: $300 per user / month for the first 50 Pretext users in the DMV. Planned standard pricing is $450 per user / month after the founder cohort is filled. Beta access is subject to availability and participation terms.

Institutional insight for independent defense teams

Pretext is being built with a compounding intelligence layer that helps independent defense teams recognize institutional patterns that are difficult to see case by case—giving smaller practices visibility traditionally available only to the largest organizations. The underlying data model and methodology remain proprietary.

Pretext operates with approved Zero Data Retention terms for AI processing. Submitted content is not used to train provider models and is not retained for routine provider abuse-monitoring review—a higher handling standard than ordinary enterprise defaults. Subject to the governing provider terms and applicable law.
